Web app support and maintenance that keeps pace with the business

Your app keeps changing as the business does: a monthly allocation of time your team directs, and a support desk for anything urgent. For the apps we build and the ones we take over.

Trusted by clients from global brands to local charities

What your support time is used for

The work clients use their monthly time for most.

Changes and new features

New fields, screens, rules, automations and reports, as the business moves on.

Fixes

Something's broken or behaving oddly: we find the cause, fix it and tell you what it was.

People and access

Starters, leavers, roles and what each person can see, kept up to date.

Keeping it current

The platforms and the code kept up to date, so security and performance don't drift.

How a request goes from raised to released

Simple to raise, and you always know where it is.

    Released in a cycle

The live system stays stable, with nothing for anyone to install.

How your support agreement works

You point the time at what matters, and see where it went.

  • 01

A range agreed at the start

Agreed alongside the project, before the first release goes live.

  • 02

    A monthly allocation you direct

An agreed number of days each month, in half days if that suits, for your team to point at what matters.

  • 03

    Unused days carried forward

What you don't use carries forward, up to three months' worth of your allocation at any one time.

  • 04

    A monthly review

We look at what was done, where the time went and what should come next.

Built by someone else? Start with an audit

Roughly half of our work starts with a system someone else built. We review it first, so we know what we're taking on, then support it like our own.

What clients say about working with us

  • Extremely satisfied. The team are extremely responsive, flexible, fast, and precise in all areas. We started together with a small project, and have since expanded the SoW significantly after the service and talent we got. 10/10, would recommend.

Questions about support

  • The day the first release goes live, as its own support agreement.

  • Through the support desk or by email to our support address. Urgent problems jump the queue, and the response times are set out in your agreement.

  • Hosting and support are one agreement for the apps in our managed space. If the app runs in your own accounts, support covers the same work inside them.

  • Anything that needs more than a month's time is planned as a project with its own range, so your allocation isn't swallowed by one job.
