From the system that runs the business to every tool a customer touches
Fliteline is an air charter broker for cargo, passenger, private and special mission flights, based at Amsterdam Schiphol. For more than five years we have worked as an extension of its team: first on the FileMaker system the business runs on, then the website, the brand, a customer portal, a CRM, an omni-channel marketing programme, a free route planner, and now the operations platform itself.

More than five years as an extension of Fliteline's team.
It started with the FileMaker system that runs Fliteline's operations. We took it on, kept it running and made it better. One project led to the next: the website, the brand, a customer portal, a CRM of Fliteline's own, a weekly marketing programme and a free route planner for the industry.
Today we look after Fliteline's whole digital experience, from the platform the team runs on to every channel and tool a customer meets, across all three of our pillars: Systems, Marketing, and Data and analytics.

How we work together now
Three pillars and one team, each building on the one before it.
- 01SystemsThe foundation
One connected system behind every charter
The operations platform, the customer portal, the CRM and FliteMapper, built and run by the team that kept the FileMaker system going.
- 02MarketingThe growth
One voice on every channel
The website, the brand and every document, and an omni-channel programme every week: blog, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, white papers and landing pages, all from one campaign idea.
- 03Data and analyticsThe loop
How Fliteline sees what is working
PostHog across every tool, dashboards in the CRM and the source of every enquiry, so each channel feeds what comes next.
The pains we set out to solve
Fliteline ran every charter through one FileMaker system built up over many years, and good FileMaker developers who also understand a business are hard to find.
Its website was out of date and did not match the new logo, so a broker whose work is hard to explain was leaving buyers to guess. Enquiries arrived from every direction and lived in different tools, every document looked a little different, and marketing happened when someone had a moment.
What we set out to do together
Give Fliteline's customers an experience as methodical as its operations: secure, clear and useful, from the first plan of a route to the last sector of the booking.
Make Fliteline known for the logistics expertise behind every charter, with one connected system behind it: from the tools the team runs on to every channel a customer meets.

How the work grew, one piece at a time.
From the foundations to growth, each step built on the last. Scroll to watch Fliteline's estate come together.
Fliteline's estate in three stages. Foundations: the FileMaker system and its automations, the design system and the operations platform on the web. Connect: the customer portal, the CRM and FliteMapper. Grow: the website, the brand and documents, and the content programme. Beneath them, data and reporting measure all of it and feed back.
Taking on the system that runs the business
We took on Fliteline's FileMaker system rather than replacing it, and kept improving it while the business ran on it, with n8n automations around it.
The website, and a brand to carry
Fliteline had a new logo and the start of an identity. We finished it and made the website its first piece, on Webflow, with an aircraft directory fed from the FileMaker system. Every document followed, from the quotation to the brochure.
A portal for Fliteline's customers
Built on the FileMaker system, a portal where a customer chooses a quote, follows a booking sector by sector, sends passenger lists and finds every document. It releases to customers before the end of 2026.
Every enquiry in one place
Pipedrive first, wired to the website and the white-paper landing pages. Then a CRM of Fliteline's own, live since April 2026, with a review on every new lead that a person signs off.
One idea, every channel
LinkedIn first, then every channel Fliteline's buyers use: one campaign idea becomes six weeks of blog posts and twelve weeks of LinkedIn posts, reposted to Instagram and X, with white papers, landing pages and LinkedIn ads around them.
Tools that give something back
FliteMapper, a free route planner anyone in the industry can use, and a design system in code, so every new tool and page starts on brand.
The turn: operations on the web
The system we started by keeping running is being rebuilt for the web, module by module, each one designed, signed off and built, with one cut-over at the end.
Seeing all of it
PostHog across the website, the portal and the planner, dashboards in the CRM, Claude reviewing each new lead, Leadfeeder naming the companies that visit, and Clay being brought in for enrichment.

What comes next
The work ahead, in the order it is planned.
- The customer portal released to Fliteline's customers, before the end of 2026
- The 2026 website live on Fliteline's own design system
- Operations moved off FileMaker onto the web, module by module, then one cut-over
- More planning tools in the family FliteMapper started
- Reporting that joins the website, the portal and the pipeline
